Agita Mundo Membership Application

We are delighted about your interest in joining Agita Mundo, the Global Physical Activity Promotion Network.
In accordance with the Terms of Reference of Agita Mundo, all applicants for membership are requested to provide some information about their institution. All applications will be assessed by the Agita Mundo Executive Board. Successful applicants will be given a status of temporary members, until confirmation by the Agita Mundo Network at its next annual meeting. Our institution applies for membership with the Agita Mundo Network with the main purpose to promote Physical Activity in the World, based upon the Declaration of São Paulo to Promote Physical Activity in the World , approved in October 2002, and in accordance with the Terms of Reference of Agita Mundo. Agita Mundo does not have any compulsory membership fees but relies on voluntary support from its members.
